Iraq Ports Marks Historic Milestone as Vehicles Cross Al Faw Immersed Tunnel
Shipping Arabia, May 17, 2026 – The General Company for Ports of Iraq announced a major milestone in the Al Faw Grand Port project after vehicles crossed the port’s immersed tunnel for the first time during a public procession led by Director General Dr. Farhan Al-Fartousi.
